Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before purchasing or using any tickets.

All tickets are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Tickets cannot be exchanged or transferred to another person, except to immediate family or friends.
Tickets resold or shared for commercial gain will be rendered invalid.
Tickets are delivered electronically to the registered email as a PDF file and must be kept securely.

Guests must follow a formal, semi-formal dress code and age restrictions (if any). Entry may be denied without a refund if these requirements are not met.
Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced. If your QR code has been used prior to your arrival, you will not be admitted.
QF Schools reserves the right to conduct security checks and deny entry at its discretion.
Unauthorized photography or videography may result in confiscation of equipment or ejection from the venue.

All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Refunds are not applicable in case of bad weather, natural disasters, or inability to attend.
Refunds will not be issued for lost tickets, duplicate usage, or user errors in email or registration details.

By attending the event, you consent to being photographed or recorded for documentation purposes.
